•Hot tub additional fee $50 per night. Hot tub is on deck/backyard/open area: NO nudity/ NO privacy. Must be schedule 24 hours in advance or by 10am on check in day whichever is first.
•AC/heat are controlled remotely.

Property Policy:
•Report any damages upon arrival to avoid damage deposit deductions.
•Late check out fee is a full day rate.
•Visitors are NOT allowed inside the property unless they are part of the reservation. Any undisclosed visitor will be counted as a guest. Additional guest fee $30 per guest per night.
•Dish Duty Done Right: Before you check out, please make sure all dishes, utensils, and cookware you’ve used are cleaned. Our cleaning fee covers the home, but not the dishes. If any are left unwashed, a $30 fee will be charged.
•Only 1 pet per reservation. Pet must stay inside a crate when left unattended inside the property. A picture of the crate must be sent prior to check in.
•Damaged/Stained towels or linens will be deducted from deposit at $10 per piece.
•Reservations 3 days or longer, it’s the guest responsibility to take out the garbage to curbside.
•Leave regular bagged garbage at the curbside MONDAY & THURSDAY night. Leave recycle (glass, aluminum, cardboard) In FRONT of the garage door for the staff to pick it up. If the property gets fined for throwing recycle items within regular garbage, the fine will be deducted from your deposit. The lowest fine is $200.
•Use only kitchen cabinets to store food. The house is pest free, if we need to get an exterminator after your check out, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
•No smoking in or near the house. There's a $500 cleaning fee if cigarette or cannabis odor is found.
